Print setup involves configuring essential settings for quality and accuracy. We adjust parameters such as layer height, print speed, and temperature, tailored to the material and design. Additionally, we add support structures if necessary for overhangs. This careful setup process enables a smooth print and consistent, high-quality results across complex designs.
With setup complete, we initiate the printing process, building the model layer by layer from the digital file. Depending on the material and design complexity, printing times can vary, and we monitor each stage to ensure precision. This controlled process transforms the design into a physical prototype that is ready for evaluation and further refinement as needed.
After printing, post-processing enhances quality and finish. Techniques like removing support structures, sanding, polishing, and coating help improve durability and aesthetics. Post-processing is essential for achieving a final product that meets quality standards and is fully prepared for practical application or additional testing, as needed.
Following post-processing and any necessary adjustments, we conduct a final review to confirm the product meets all project requirements. This step is critical to ensure the printed part aligns with design expectations and is suitable for its intended application. Once approved, the 3D printed product is ready for use or further production.
